We deliver a broad range of services.

In our lithographic department we are committed to produce the highest quality product for our clients. We are able to print on all paper substrates, coated and uncoated, sulphate boards. We often litho on vinyl self adhesive. We are also eager to run tests for clients on “not-so-normal” substrates.

We have folding capabilities to fold any sheet from 710x1020mm down to 60x70mm for 32 page sections, brochures, leaflets or whichever is required. Creasing and perforating can be done simultaneously.

Die – cutting of any nature from sulphate board, corrugated, foam or plastics are done in-house.

We can saddle stitch from A3 size down to A6.

We can litho-laminate any sheet up to 1300mm, average 18 000 sheets per shift. Crash-/Lock/Seam Glueing Seam glue any carton from sheet size 1060 mm down to 90 mm. Crash lock of e-flute cartons also 1060 mm and down

We have a large handwork section, apart from our permanent staff, we also have a list of plus/minus 80 ladies that come and work under a non-permanent contract on selected campaigns. We are able to accommodate shifts to expedite work timeously.

We can do corner stayed boxes from A3 size and down to 100 mm x 80 mm and a height of 90 mm.

Our computer-to-plate has the capabilities to pre-flight artwork supplied to us, both electronically and hard copy. We supply our client with high-res/low-res electronic proofs for clients’ approval.

We offer custom made samples, especially for packaging, to clients specifications. Construction and development of packaging occurs in this department. We have an in-house designer/CTP operator capable to do all alterations and changes required by clients We have a drop-box address where all clients can send artwork to. Clients can also supply artwork to us on USB/CD or emails with print ready PDF files. We are also capable of designing.
